Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.

What we collect

  • When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, the service and city you selected, and any message you write. We also record which page the enquiry came from and which language you were reading in.
  • We store a one-way hash of your IP address for spam prevention. We do not retain the address itself, and the hash cannot be reversed to recover it.
  • If you apply for a job we collect your name, phone number, role, years of experience, qualification and city.

Why we collect it

  • Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange the care you asked about, and keep a record of the arrangement. We do not sell your details, share them with advertisers, or use them for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
  • You give consent explicitly, by ticking the consent box on the form. We do not treat submission alone as consent.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to care actually delivered are retained for the period required by applicable medical record-keeping rules, and no longer.

Your rights

  • Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to the email address on our contact page and we will respond within thirty days.
  • Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. Tell us and we stop contacting you.

Cookies and analytics

  • This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify individual visitors, which is why you are not being shown a cookie consent banner.
