How every caregiver is checked
Police verification
Every caregiver is police-verified before their first placement. No exceptions, including for urgent cases.
Aadhaar and address verification
Identity is confirmed against Aadhaar and the current residential address is independently verified.
Qualification checks
Nursing staff hold GNM or ANM qualifications registered with the Rajasthan Nursing Council. Physiotherapists hold BPT or MPT degrees. We check the certificate, not the claim.
Reference checks
We speak to previous employers or placements directly rather than accepting a written reference at face value.
You see the profile first
Photograph, qualification and verification status are shared with the family before deployment — not after the caregiver is already at the door.
