Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the services we provide and what each side can expect of the other.

What we provide

We place trained attendants, registered nurses and qualified physiotherapists in your home and supervise them for the duration of the engagement. We do not diagnose illness or prescribe medication; our clinical staff carry out the plan set by the patient’s treating doctor.
The scope of each service, including what it excludes, is published on that service’s page and forms part of these terms.

Charges and payment

Published rates are starting rates. The final rate is confirmed in writing after a free assessment, before any care begins. GST is shown separately where applicable.

Replacement of staff

If a caregiver is not right for your household, tell us and we arrange a replacement. We do not require you to justify the request.

Limits

Our staff will not undertake household work, handle your money or valuables, or perform clinical procedures outside their qualification. Requests of that kind put both the patient and the caregiver at risk and will be declined.
