Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you can cancel, what is refundable, and how quickly refunds are made.

Before care begins

Cancel at any point before the caregiver is deployed and any amount paid is refunded in full. The assessment is free and is never charged for.

After care begins

You are charged only for days on which care was actually provided. Unused days in a prepaid plan are refunded.
If a caregiver does not arrive for a scheduled shift and we cannot replace them the same day, that day is not charged.

How refunds are made

Refunds are returned by the same method the payment was made and are processed within seven working days.
