About Us
ApkiCare is the home healthcare service of JD Healthcares, based in Jodhpur. We place trained attendants, registered nurses and physiotherapists in people’s homes, run home ICU setups and an ambulance, and we supervise all of it while it is happening.
We are new. We would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise, because in this business the first thing a family needs to judge is whether they can believe what they are being told. We cannot yet point to twenty lakh patients or twelve thousand reviews. What we can do is be specific about the things that are actually checkable today.
Every caregiver is police-verified, Aadhaar-verified and address-verified before placement, and you see their profile before they arrive at your door. Our rates are published on this website rather than quoted on a call. We state in writing what each service does not cover, because the arguments in home care are almost always about scope rather than price. And every case is supervised by a named clinical manager whose number you have.
Those four commitments are the whole of our proposition. They are also, deliberately, the four things a family can hold us to.

Police, Aadhaar, address and reference checks on every caregiver, with the profile shared before they arrive.
We publish our rates
On the website, not on a phone call. Nothing appears on a bill that you have not already seen.
We state what we do not do
Attendants do not run IV lines, dress wounds, cook or clean. Saying so in advance prevents the argument later.
Someone is answerable by name
A named clinical manager supervises every case, and you have their number from day one.
