We place trained attendants across Jodhpur — from Ratanada and Sardarpura through to Banar Road, Jhalamand and the Chopasni Housing Board colonies.
Our team is based in Jodhpur, which matters more than it sounds. If an attendant falls ill or a family asks for a change, a replacement comes from across the city rather than from a coordinator in another state. In practice that is the difference between a few hours and a few days.
A caregiver is usually at your door within 24 hours of the assessment.
Do you cover areas outside the Jodhpur city limits?+
We cover the localities listed above as standard. For addresses beyond them, tell us the location during the assessment — we will say plainly whether we can staff it reliably rather than accept the case and hope.
What is the difference between an attendant and a nurse?+
An attendant handles daily physical care — bathing, toileting, feeding, repositioning, mobility and companionship. A nurse holds a GNM or ANM qualification and performs clinical work: injections, IV therapy, wound dressing, catheter and feeding-tube management. If you are unsure which you need, describe the patient during the assessment and we will tell you plainly — including when the cheaper option is the right one.
Are your staff police verified?+
Yes. Every caregiver goes through police verification, Aadhaar verification, address verification and a reference check before being placed. You receive their profile — photograph, qualification and verification status — before they arrive at your home, not after.
How quickly can care begin?+
In Jodhpur, usually within 24 hours of the assessment. If you are arranging care around a hospital discharge, call us before the discharge rather than after and we will aim to have someone at the house when the patient arrives.
What if we are not satisfied with the caregiver?+
Tell your clinical manager by phone or WhatsApp and we arrange a replacement. We do not ask you to justify the request — a caregiver who is not right for your family is not right, regardless of how well they perform elsewhere.
Can we hire for a short period only?+
Yes. Most families begin with a short plan around a discharge or a surgery and extend if it helps. Extending does not mean starting the process again, and there is no minimum contract that locks you in beyond the period you booked.
How much does it cost?+
Our rates are published on the charges page — attendant care from ₹900 a day, nursing from ₹1,600 a day, physiotherapy from ₹600 a visit, elder care from ₹950 a day. The final figure depends on shift length, the patient’s condition and your locality, and is confirmed in writing after a free assessment. There are no charges you will not have seen in advance.
Can we ask for a caregiver who speaks a particular language?+
Yes. Tell us during the assessment. Most of our caregivers speak Hindi and Marwari; we will confirm availability before deployment rather than promise it in advance.
Do you work on Sundays and public holidays?+
Yes, 365 days a year. Care does not pause for a festival, and neither do we.
